Salary: £29,577 for the assessed year and then progressing to £32,234 a year, plus £963 essential car user allowance (subject to criteria) and £2,500 market supplement for the assessed year then increasing to £5,000

This is an opportunity for you as newly qualified Social Workers to join Luton where you will be supported, guided and mentored to develop into a more advanced social work practitioner and continue to develop your career within Luton.
We are looking for newly qualified Social Workers with experience in the field of child and family social work. You’ll be receiving and co-ordinating referrals, performing assessments and formulating care plans and arranging action and review services for children and families.
You’ll need to be able to make professional judgements in a multi- disciplinary setting and able to communicate effectively to maintain records and work as a team.
You will have the opportunity to develop on your already existing knowledge and understanding of current legislation, national guidance and best practice relevant to this role as well as knowledge of social care need of children and families.
Interviews will be held on Monday 23rd August 2021 or Wednesday 25th August 2021.
