We are looking to appoint a Care Club Coordinator to join our friendly and dedicated team to manage our Care Club facility.
The role requires a split shift to accommodate the required times before and after school.
The hours will include 7.40am to 8.50am and 3.00pm to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.


 

About you

 


As the Care Club Co-ordinator you will manage staff and children both before and after school.
This post includes:
• Maintaining healthy, safe and well behaved environment at all times.
• Planning activities and taking responsibility for organising necessary resources
• Maintaining all equipment through a set budget and ordering/purchasing equipment in line with the schools financial procedures
• Collecting monies for attendance fees and issuing receipts, ensuring all monies are secured on premises. Keeping records of non-payments and issuing invoices.
