Active Luton is a 'not for profit' sports and leisure trust delivering a variety of sports and leisure facilities in Luton.

We are responsible for developing sport and has a key role helping to improve the health and well-being of residents within the local community.

About the job


You will join our busy team, providing first point of contact for customers receiving bookings and answering enquiries face to face and over the telephone.

Experience in these areas is therefore essential, together with customer care, tact and diplomacy. You will operate cash registers, computerised and manual bookings, point of sale systems and be required to balance and record cash receipts.

Casual hours - Shifts start from 3.30 pm to 9.30 pm - Weekdays/Weekends (2 per calendar month) 8am to 5pm.

£8.30 per hour 

About you

You must have the ability to manage periods of heavy and conflicting workload demands and be customer focused in your approach to work.
