We have an exciting opportunity within the Public Protection department where you enforce the Waiting, Loading and other associated Traffic Regulations relating to both “On” and “Off” Street parking; and keep accurate records according to legal requirements.
In this vital role, you will undertake patrols and inspections to enforce all “On” and “Off Street” parking offences reportable under the Penalty Charge Notice Scheme and issue Penalty Charge Notices to specified standards and provide required evidence for adjudication’s. Advise members of the public as required especially on minor parking enquiries and parking matters according to customer care and other policies and procedures.
You'll have knowledge of Customer Care Principals, Basic knowledge of Parking legislation or NVQ 2 Parking Control or equivalent in-depth experience.
