April - September - 37 hours per week
£18,426 per annum
Active Luton is looking for Customer Service Assistants to join the team at our beautiful parkland golf course.
As part of the Stockwood Park Golf Centre team, you will be providing a front line service by greeting customers and visitors to the site, taking and making telephone calls and responding to email communications, providing help and information to colleagues and customers, taking bookings, and assisting with card payment procedures.
You will be able to deal politely and tactfully with a wide range of people; able to work within well established procedures and to the Health & Safety regulations in relation to the Golf Centre; and have the ability to balance and record stock and card payment receipts accurately.
Hours will be worked on a shift rota basis and including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
