Do you have demonstrable experience of administrative systems and processes, and dealing with front line enquiries from members of the public? If yes, Building Technical Services (BTS) division have an exciting role available for you.

You'ill provide a customer focused front end service for the reporting of repairs through telephone contact with customers, use skilled questioning techniques to accurately diagnose repairs to assist in the provision of a “right first time” service, whilst communicating politely and tactfully in order to meet the individual customer’s needs.

In this vital role, you’ll also ensure that work orders for responsive repairs and maintenance are accurately processed from end to end. This will include raising jobs, classification, prioritisation and making customer appointments, (work planning).

About you

This is a public facing role so you’ll need to show off your fluency in speaking and writing English.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively and politely in both writing and verbally with a wide range of people, be a quick thinker and great at using your initiative. We also need someone who can use computer technologies to produce reports and maintain written work records.

We do ask that you have experience in working in a call centre or customer services, and able to work to procedures, guidelines, targets and deadlines.
