We have an exciting opportunity available and are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will require you to provide full administrative, PA and secretarial support to the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees. You will produce and keep up-to-date the forward plan and schedule of meetings and leadership team activity, plan and prepare for key meetings, coordinate reports and papers, take minutes and perform Company Secretary Duties. You will organise the Chief Executive’s office functions and ensure efficient and professional operations whilst communicating with a range of stakeholders, staff and customers. You will ensure that data and information is collated, managed, stored and shared appropriately and you will present clear information in verbal, written and digital formats.

About you

Do you have in depth experience of providing PA or secretarial and administrative support to a senior manager or company board/board of trustees? Do you have excellent communication skills? Do you have excellent written and minute taking skills and the ability to compile well-written and grammatically correct documents and letters? Do you have experience of organising large scale events and seminars? Are you a highly organised individual, able to effectively and efficiently plan and organise your own workload, work to deadlines and facilitate the progression of important events and issues?
