£44,632 - £47,498 a year plus £3,203 car benefit allowance and £5,000 market suppliment

You'll lead and manage a team of practitioners in the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub, including liaising with line and matrix management of partners as required, ensuring that the correct procedures are developed and implemented which supporting the best possible outcomes for vulnerable or at risk of being vulnerable children and young people.


 


This is all about helping children, young people and their families to live safely and happily. . It means motivating your team, and giving them all the support or coaching they need to flourish. That’s how you’ll make sure the very highest standards are upheld, no matter what.


Day-to-day, you’ll help to receive, handle and signpost all initial children’s social care contacts coming through the Hub. With your expertise and know-how, you’ll prioritise the most vulnerable or at-risk individuals, and recommend next steps. As part of this, you’ll escalate cases to relevant services where necessary. It’s why communication and collaboration skills are key. You’ll also ensure that your team respond swiftly to queries, and take ownership of providing written feedback to all referrers.
