Luton Culture is charitable Trust with a focus on heritage, arts, community development and learning. We provide Luton communities and our visitors with inspiring, educational and enjoyable cultural experiences. We do this by managing and animating our cultural venues which include museums, theatres, arts centre, gardens, libraries and community centres.
If you have experience of managing multifaceted arts or cultural programmes, demonstrable financial reporting and staff management skills and can show successful implementation of relevant strategies, policies as well as significant understanding of audience and engagement methodologies to deliver targeted impact and outcomes, then we want to hear from you.
