Salary: £32,233 - £34,728 a year pro rata

Contract type: Fixed-term until 31st March 2022

We have an exciting opportunity available where you’ll be working within the Population Wellbeing, Procurement and Commissioning division to ensure that the quality of services and contracts are provided in accordance with the Regulator’s and Departmental standards and objectives of quality assurance.

You’ll be responsible for promoting diversity, supply and quality in provision of care and support services, while ensuring there are appropriate agreed understandable and clear criteria for quality based on outcomes which are met.

This is a rewarding role which will ensure the provision of good quality value for money services that are in line with commissioning intentions that meet the needs of the local population.


About you

This is a public facing role so you’ll need to show off your fluency in speaking and writing English.

Our ideal candidate should be able to solve problems and overcome barriers to progressing work programs and project plans and Negotiate on difficult and controversial issues including performance and change. Ability to influence people and direct change within service delivery and develop positive relationships with a range of partners and stakeholders.

It is essential that you have knowledge and understanding of mechanisms to reduce health inequalities and understanding of equality issues including in commissioning services, quality assurance system specifically an understanding of Care Quality Commission standards and regulatory requirements.
