About the job

Salary: £19, 698 - £20,493 a year, pro rata plus £963 Essential Car User a year (subject to criteria)

Contract type: Permanent

We have a highly rewarding opportunity within our Multi-Disciplinary Reablement Team where you will be providing a responsive seven day a week, customer led service. Your role is to promote, achieve and maintain individual’s ability to remain living independently in the community.

You’ll achieve this by undertaking individual care plans; carry out therapeutic activity and skills, and supporting clients with mobility, confidence and daily living skills.

Our goal is to enable our service users to have control over their lives and ensure we comply with the Luton Council and Safeguarding Adults Boards policies and procedures.

Your experience and communication skills will enable you to achieve high standards of professional service while providing support and guidance to all service users.
