About the job

Excellent opportunity for a Resourcer to support the recruitment team in the joint venture of Luton & Kent Commercial Services LLP.

The purpose of the role is to increase and develop the agency managed service candidate database and support the delivery of excellent service to the teams hiring manager's and candidates.

Key duties

Place adverts and source candidates using social media, job boards, database and referrals.
Match and select suitable candidates, pre screening over the telephone and face to face.
Onboarding vetting and compliance checks.
Work with and abide by the processes of the Quality Assurance and compliance team.
Attend job fairs and open day events.
Book and conduct candidate registrations on and off site, building relationships with candidates in person and over the telephone.
Provide administration support to the Delivery Consultants.
Input all relevant information relating to vacancies and candidates onto the internal CRM system.

About you

Essential criteria:

Experience of composing professional emails and letters.
Good working knowledge of Social Media.
Previous experience within an administration post supporting teams.
Good IT skills, particularly Word & Excel.
Previous search and selection and job advert writing experience desirable.
