Luton is currently on a journey of improvement and we’re looking for a Service Manager to join us at this important juncture. This role will focus on achieving good outcomes for children and young people by delivering high quality children’s social services across the borough.

About you

You will lead on our Performance and Quality Assurance Framework, support and promote a best practice first culture within the directorate and raise expectations across the workforce that work will be of the highest standard. You will also work with team managers to disseminate good practice across the workforce.
