Our Cultural Learning and Skills department has an exciting opportunity where you will be co-ordinating the delivery, expansion and development of cultural learning and skills programming across the Trust ( Home Library Service, Heritage Reminiscence offers and relevant partnerships).
You will work across the Trust as well as with partnership organisations to ensure that the quality cultural learning and library offer is delivered to the wider community. This role will have responsibility to deliver excellent customer care and deliver to KPI outcomes agreed in the Libraries SLA and Business plan.
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of planning, co-ordinating or delivering learning, skills or talent development programme outcomes for wide range of audiences
We need someone who has well-developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for liaising with wider customers, staff at all levels and external providers and partners, and exceptional organisational skills with high degree of drive, initiative, outcome orientation and capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.
We do ask that you are in possession of a degree qualification or equivalent experience that demonstrates ability to coordinate learning for a wide audience.
