The role will involve supporting the team with financial and administrative processes, including raising and monitoring invoices, processing payments, resolving queries from utilities and contractors, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also assist with the processing of highway licence applications for scaffolding, hoarding and skips under the Highways Act 1980.

You will coordinate and progress rechargeable Streetworks-related work, liaising with relevant officers, contractors and members of the public, while ensuring appropriate administrative and financial controls are maintained. The role will also include supporting the administration of training courses and ordering essential Streetworks equipment.
